After hours, you can email us at info@prolifarma.com and we will get back to you ASAP. You can also place your order online and create an account on www.prolifarma.com at any time.

Orders from medical professionals including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, gynecologists, otolaryngologists, rheumatologists, geriatricians, and nurse practitioners, in most areas, are welcome. Some of our products are available to medical professionals with an appropriate license only. If you work in a hospital, clinic, medical spa, or doctor’s office, you can use your medical director’s license to order, designating a staff member to order on their behalf. To designate someone else in your office to order on behalf of the licensed doctor, ask your account manager or sales representative for an authorization form.

We do accept Visa or Mastercard credit card to place an order.

At Prolifarma, all our products already have special wholesale prices on quantities from 1 to 100 or more, but the more you order, the more you save. Ask your account manager or sales representative for more information about high-volume discounts.

Yes, we do price match. If you currently pay less with your current distributor for the same product, with the same packaging, shipping terms, let us know. The only thing that we will require from you is to provide us your last invoice or receipt and we will make sure to match that price.

For your convenience, all prices listed on Prolifarma.com are in U.S. dollars (USD).
 
When your order is more than $250 USD, shipping is completely free. For orders less than that, you just pay a shipping fee for your entire order.

Before placing an order, set up your free account on www.prolifarma.com or by phone with one of our sales representatives. After account is created, select the products you want to purchase online or phone, email one of our sales representatives to place your order.
 
Despite our extensive catalog, there may be occasions where a medical product won’t be available. We always have new products coming in which may not yet be listed in our catalog. If there is a product we do not carry, we will do our best to source it for you at a low wholesale price. If there is something you cannot find, ask one of our sales representatives for help.
